A doctor has filmed a spider web in a woman's ear. A Chinese doctor has removed a spider web in the left ear of an old woman. The spider had been licking the woman's ear for a week.
On April 22, an unnamed elderly woman visited the Mianyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Sichuan Province, China.
The woman complained of tingling and discomfort in her ears.
Dr. Liu looked at the woman's ear and saw a silk ball in it. The doctor recommended an autoscopy. The doctor examined the ear and found a live spider web in the ear. The doctor paralyzed the spider by putting chemical drops in his ear and with the help of a tweezers, he removed the arm.
A video of the process was also made, showing a spider forming a web in a woman's ear.
Video of the incident is circulating on Chinese social media. Fortunately, the spider did not damage the woman's ear. The woman believes the spider entered her ear while working in the vineyard.
